Hello FOODIE, did you see that there are only Butter chicken is best for Dinner meal e? As I was goint to write the recipe out .I  couldn’t believe it. This Butter Chicken like something that took a really long time to make. It’s like free work or something.

INGREDIENTS TO MARINATE CHICKEN for Butter Chicken :

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp Salt ( or as per taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander/ Dhaniya Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin/ Jeera Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Besan / Gram Flour
  • 1Tbsp Vinegar

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE BASE SAUCE FOR BUTTER CHICKEN :

  • 2 Onions
  • 15-20  Cashews
  • 2 Dry Red Chilies
  • 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 200- 150 gms Tomato Puree(same as 4-5 small tomato)
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 50 Gms or 4 Tbsp Butter (for cooking)
  • 10 Gms Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Kasturi Methi
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 4 Black PepperCorns
  • 3-4 Laung/ Cloves
  • 3 Green Cardamom/ Choti Elachi(Optional)
  • 1 Black Cardamom/ Badi Elachi(Optional)
  • 1 Cinamon Stick / Dal Chini
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 3 tsp Kasmiri Red chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin / Jeera Powder

How to make Butter Chicken



A smooth mild curry when compared to other Indian curries makes Butter Chicken a favourite among families with little ones just because of it creamy buttery flavor and its yummy smell.You can control the spicy and creamy taste of Butter Chicken by adding more creamy at last or by adding red chili for spicy.
Butter chicken is  the juicy and tender, flavour infused chicken starts with an easy yogurt marinade and plain yogurt, fresh garlic ginger paste,etc
If You can use boneless, skinless chicken then its best.
  • First, mix your yogurt and all the ingredients (mention above )marinade together.
  • Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes, or overnight (if u prefer then only)
  • First of all , in pan, take 3tsp butter,1tsp oil and add the marinade chicken.
  • Fried the marinade chicken till then when it turn to brown color(Yogurt leave water and oil so you dont need to add water or anything else).
  • Finally,your Buttry layred marinade chicken is ready .
  • After than, take another pan, take 2 tsp butter and red chillies powder.
  • After 1 minute add tomato puree and onion puree and add all the  spices in given list.
  • Cook it for 3-4 minute then add a paste of kaju (cashews) then cook for one more minute.
  • After that add the buttry layerd fried chicken in juicy curry and add a salt as per taste.
  • Then add tomato ketchup and kasturi mitthi .
  • At last add cream .

ANS :
 Price of Butter chicken depend on the quantity,and other factor.
Aprox price Rs 120-300 .
 
How is the recipe of chicken changezi different from that of chicken butter masala?
ANS :
In chicken butter chicken there is a creamy taste of butter with spicy sauce but not in chicken changezi.
