Is there anything better than a Spicy red chilli of soft Momo Chutney or Til chutney (which is so famous ).? I think not.
Hope you are safe at your home ,maintaining social distance and taking all necessary safety
precaution to keep yourself safe from COVID-19.The phase-1 of the national Lockdown is over,and the phase-2 has begun. So in that time Lockdown Recipe challange is also being start. If you dont know How to cook? Don't worry. I am here for helping you and with step by step guide.

Ingredients for Til Chutney: 

 

    1. Oil - 1 tbsp
    2. Pyaaz - 1
    3. Safed Til / Sesame - 3 tsp 
    4. Garlic - 12 cloves
    5. Tomato - 1 
    6. Red Chilies - 10  
    7. Salt - as per taste 
    8. Haldi - 1/4 tsp  
    9. Nimbu - 1/4 tsp
    10. Pani - pisne ke liye

Ingredients for Red Garlic Chutney:

1. Dry Red Chili - 10-15 2. Tomato - 2 - 3 3. Garlic - 25 cloves 4. Timoor / Teppal - 1 tsp (optional) 5. Salt - 1 tsp 6. Oil - 1 tsp

How to make Til Chutney

    • First of all , in pan, take 1tsp oil,1 tomato,1 chopped onion and 10 red chillies.
    • Fried for 2-3 minutes.After that  add 3tsp safed till Fried for 2-3 minutes more.
    • Cooldown mixture.
    •  Once it is cooling down, remove the skin of tomatoes(Optional).
    • Transfer fried mixture into blender.
    • And add 12 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger
    • Add  1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp and1/4 nidu (optinal 1 tsp suger ).
    • Blend the mixture with little amount of water and make a smooth paste.
    • Finally,Til chutney is ready to enjoy with momos.


How to make Red Garlic Chutney

    • First of all , in pan, take 2 cup water and add 2-3 tomato, 10-15 dried red chilli.
    • Boil for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes tomatoes start peeling its skin.
    • Cool down mixture of tomato and chillies.
    •  Once it is cooling down, remove the skin of tomatoes(Optional).
    • Transfer the peeled tomatoes and red chillies into blender.
    • And add 24 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger.
    • Further, add 5-6 almonds/kaju to have a thick chutney.(Optional step)
    • Add  1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil ( Optional 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp suger ).
    • Blend the mixture with out water and make a rough paste.
  • Finally,Garlic red momo chutney is ready to enjoy with momos.
